Bellini-ish
On my trip to Las Vegas, I was limited on ingredients, but didn’t let that stop me from making a fun brunch cocktail. Using fruit from my breakfast and a few travel liquor bottles that I’d packed for the plane, I took a traditional classic bellini and remixed it to something I like to call, the Bellini-ish.

Ingredients:
1.5oz peach vodka
3-4oz Prosecco
Fresh fruit
Directions:
Add vodka to glass
Top with Prosecco
Add in fruit for flavor
Garnish
