magic door mimosas

While in Jamaica, I was reconnected with one of my favorite room service features, the magic door. For those unfamiliar, this is where a hotel is trying to limit contact between guests and staff and has a box outside of the room that connects the hallway and the guest where food and other requested items can be delivered. I wish this luxury was available always, but while I had access I took full advantage. My mimosa brunch became even more convenient and I was able to enjoy a delicious cocktail while enjoying the scenic view from my oceanfront balcony.

Ingredients:

3-4oz Champagne

2-3oz Grapefruit Juice

Fresh island fruit

Directions:

Add champagne to glass

Top with juice

Garnish with fresh fruit
