CLB

Lychee is so underrated in my opinion. It’s a sweet fruit, but also provides a unique texture and taste. Like everyone else in the free world, according to Spotify, I had to check out the new Drake album this weekend. The ballads and themes inspired my own CLB, or certified lychee blend. It’s almost too pretty to drink, but you can always make another, so keep the party going.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Empress Gin

2 oz. Lychee Puree

1/2 oz Cointreau

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker over ice

Shake

Strain into glass over a frozen lychee fruit

Garnish and enjoy
