Mojito Magic

As the shirt says, drinking and traveling is what I do (shout out to Skandalous Kreations for the custom tank), so when I was on location in St. Maarten, I decided to take all of the ingredients in our fridge to make up a new eclectik creation. This was the perfect poolside sip and will definitely stay in the rotation.

Ingredients:

Frozen infused strawberries (2oz vodka)

.5oz vodka

2 scoops lime Mojito sorbet

Prosecco

Directions:

Add several strawberries to a plastic bag or container, soak in vodka and freeze overnight.

Add frozen strawberries to a glass.

Let sit 5-10 minutes to soften.

Muddle in glass.

Scoop in 2-3 scoop lime Mojito sorbet.

Add .5oz vodka.

Top with Prosecco.
